RETURN / REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from izuskincare.com.hk that do not meet your expectations, simply return the products with the receipt within 7 days of purchase. Please note it on the front side of your receipt the reason for your return and send the product(s) back to us with the authorization number provided by our customer service staff.
. All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized and require a return authorization number provided by us. Please email us at email@example.com to receive your return authorization number (if eligible).
. The item must be returned to us, in its original packaging, with all accessories, within 7 days of receipt of the product.
. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
. Empty containers cannot be accepted for refund.
. For defective products, the problem must be due to manufacturing defects that caused the item to be of non- merchantable quality.
. For defective or damaged products, we will try to replace the same item but should it be unavailable, customer may opt to replace with another product of the same value or receive a refund.
. We do not accept products that is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
. We accept gently used returns within 7 days of receipt of the original purchase.
. Exchanges can only be made once and shipped to a Hong Kong address.
. Buyer will bear the cost of return postage and must pack the items well to avoid damage during transit.
. Shipping cost (if any) is not refundable.
. Your refund will be in the form of payment used during the purchase.
. Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return in approximately 2 weeks. Please allow time for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
. Only items purchased on www.izuskincare.com.hk may be accepted for a return or exchange at our website.
. Items purchased on izuskincare.com.hk cannot be returned or exchanged at other retailers or websites that sell Izu skincare products.
